The Sandia Mountains are south of the home and this is the view from the living room deck and living room windows. Just across the highway from this home is the Loop Road of the National Forest. It is access to hiking/biking trails.

The wood-burning stove is Arrow brand and is large enough to hold several logs.
The kitchen is located adjacent to the dining room and has an island with the electric stove. The kitchen cabinets continue on into the dining room.
The kitchen sink is set under a pair of windows. There is a walk-in pantry with a festive painted door (at left).
